GROWING UP

I was born and raised in Louisville. I graduated from J-town High School as well as The University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in English. After I graduated college, I spent a few years traveling the U.S. I spent time in New Orleans and all along the East Coast from Cape Cod to Florida. I wanted to live in these places, not just visit them, to experience different personalities and places. I feel this is important to my career where you not only have to interact with, but relate to all types of people in order to succeed. I decided to move back to Louisville so that I could put this principle to practice in a familiar landscape.

MY CAREER

I love real estate! I have been a REALTOR® for four years selling homes all over Louisville. I have quickly built a 3-person team which includes my business partner, Mollie Younger, and  a team of assistants that handle database, listing, blog, and SEO management. Our business plan is to grow each team member’s individual talents and move them to mastery in their field of real estate so that we can serve you better!

GROWING UP

I was born and raised in Louisville and have been here my whole life. I’ve traveled a lot, but always knew this was my home! My father owned a construction company so I’ve always been interested in real estate and knew right after high school that this was the career for me. Because I’ve always been here, I have a lot of contacts that I pass along to our clients. Jessica says I seem to know everybody! I graduated from Assumption High School. After that, I attended University of Kentucky as well as University of Louisville Business School. I couldn’t wait to get to real estate school!

MY CAREER

I’ve been a REALTOR® for five years and have sold homes all over Louisville including condos, new construction, and investment property. I began my career at Semonin REALTORS® and quickly surfaced as the coveted “Rookie of the Year” in 2003 and held the title as a Top Producer throughout my stay. I was approached by Keller Williams® National to invest in the first Keller Williams office here in Louisville. It’s been full steam ahead ever since! With The Younger-Gaines Team, I have exploded again in the real estate market. Now, with the new Younger-Gaines Real Estate Brokerage, Jessica and I can do what we love: sell real estate!
